B\u00f8mlo Teater put on the musical The Sound of Music in Moster Amfi. For the first time in an outdoor version, and it is of course in New Norwegian. The musical has music by Richard Rogers and lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein. Book by Howard Lindsay and Russel Crouse based on “The Trapp Family Singers” by Maria Augusta Trapp. The musical was written and performed for the first time in 1959 and has since been staged all over the world. The Sound of Music became famous through the film adaptation starring Julie Andrews in 1962. The musical is presented with a large ensemble and orchestra.<\/div>\n
